You'll also notice that regardless of the option chosen, you can install up to 5 websites with every account. This is a huge bonus over other theme companies as it's effectively giving you an agency licence for free.

At time of writing the Thrive Themes Affiliate Program paid a 35% commission on all plugins and full suite sales. On a full suite sale price of $299.00 that equates to $104.65 recurring.
Yes, but it is only a small $20 USD. Thrive are very particular about who they have in their program and they like to see some proof that you can make sales. A single sale of the Quarterly sale option would qualify you.
Yes. There's a number or marketing assets available to affiliates once they sign in. There's email scripts, banner ads and graphics and text links that can be used anywhere on your site or in yor marketing correspondence.
The cookie is tracked to you for 60 days. Any time the buyer purchases within that time frame you receive a commission.
Payments are made to your paypal account. There is a 30 day wait period in case of refunds and then you are paid on the first day the month following the end of the 30 day period.
